Agora is a contemporary, mixed-use building with 35,000 square feet of shopping and dining at street level and luxurious apartment living above. On the Northwest side of the development is a creek that runs along the property. Originally the sculpture fountain was to be next to the clock tower as rendered in the photos. After researching the local flood controls and easements, the sculpture location had to be moved across the plaza. ASG worked with the clients team and the artist to relocate the friction fountain to meet all the requirements of the planning dept.

An anchor for wayfinding for both the public and the residents
Include a water feature to reflect the adjacent creek
Provide options of artists not already included in the public art program
